The easiest way to reach the wedding venue, Palazzo Massaini, is by car, taxi or shuttle.

Approximate driving times to the venue are:

• Florence Airport (Amerigo Vespucci Airport): 1 hour 37 minutes
• Pisa Airport (Toscana Aeroporti): 2 hours 21 minutes
• Rome Airport (Leonardo da Vinci – Fiumicino): 2 hours 45 minutes

Please add your flight details to the linked Google Sheet. Also, please indicate if you would be interested in a shuttle to the venue. We can help coordinate your trip from the airport to the Palazzo! The Google Sheet can be updated manually at any time.

Group shuttles accommodate approximately 5–8 guests (depending on luggage) and cost €520–€600 per van total, depending on the pickup location.

There is a €300 fee per guest for the wedding package. This fee will cover your three night stay as well as breakfast and dinner (lunch is available at the venue). We will circulate a payment link two months prior to the wedding date.

The venue has capacity for 52 guests and we have booked this gorgeous vineyard for three nights. We are hopeful everyone can stay together on site, but will facilitate accommodation nearby if necessary.

We have different dress codes for each event to help you plan accordingly:

• Welcome Pizza Party (June 18th): Polished, festive evening wear. Cocktail dresses, midi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or elegant separates are all wonderful options. A dress shirt with slacks are perfect (ties not required). Think stylish, celebratory, and comfortable for an outdoor summer evening in Tuscany.
• Wedding Day (June 19th): Formal wedding attire. Long dresses are encouraged and suits are requested; jackets are welcome but optional given the summer weather. We recommend lightweight fabrics and comfortable footwear suitable for walking on stone paths and outdoor spaces.
• Farewell BBQ & Pool Party (June 20th): No dress code — come as you are! This is a casual pool party, so wear whatever makes you comfortable for swimming and relaxing.

We're excited to share delicious meals with you throughout the weekend:

• Breakfast: Provided daily by the venue
• Welcome Party (June 18th): Catered wood-fired personal pizzas and beverages
• Wedding Day (June 19th): A 4-course dinner consisting of caprese salad, asparagus ravioli with pork ragout and leek chips, sliced beef with cream of red potatoes and truffle with a side of baked vegetables, and tiramisu. There will also be a late night snack of sliders and fries. All menu items can be modified to accommodate dietary restrictions — please message us if you have any dietary needs.
• Farewell BBQ & Pool Party (June 20th): Catered BBQ with a variety of Italian meats and vegetables
